Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and non-refundable components of digital marketing services.

Effective Date:

1. General Principles

Our services are professional consulting and campaign management. As such, time invested, tools purchased, and platform spends are irreversible. Refunds are therefore limited to specific cases detailed below.

2. Service Fees

  • Monthly retainers and project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a project is terminated before commencement, 50% of the advance may be refunded, subject to deductions for administrative costs.
  • Setup fees (tracking, account creation, audits) are always non-refundable.

3. Advertising Budgets

  • Budgets paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms are subject to their refund policies, not ours.
  • Unused prepaid ad credits managed through us may be refunded after deducting transaction and service fees.

4. Cancellations

  • Services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Any ongoing month’s fee is payable in full and non-refundable.
  • Prepaid campaigns may be paused; refunds are assessed case-by-case.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party software licenses, plugins, or creative assets purchased for the Client.
  • Domain names, hosting, or paid tools integrated with the Client’s accounts.
  • Hours already delivered in audits, research, or strategy.

6. Dispute Handling

If you believe a refund is due, submit a written request to our accounts team within 7 working days of invoice. Disputes will be reviewed in good faith, and valid refunds processed within 15 business days of approval.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Mediation will be attempted before legal escalation.
